Hikers Trailhead™

Trailboss September 19th, 2007

Grand Canyon - TrailbossI’ve been there. I’ve hiked the Canyon. On some of the hikes I was prepared and in great shape on others I did my best to drag my tired rear end out of the canyon. On some hikes, I hiked in on the Kiabab Trail and hiked out using the Bright Angel Trail. On other hikes I did the tough route and hiked in and out on the Kiabab.

Each hike is different. Each hike brings back memories specific to that hike. Each hike is made up of different people that bring their own idiosyncrasies to the hike.

Share with our readers your best or worst hiking experience and add your knowledge to the other forums to help out people that need information for their hike into the canyon. Take that worst hike and give others advice on what “not to do”. Take that best hike and tell us what made it so great. Many people are considering the Grand Canyon as a vacation destination and your input could help them decide on the Canyon.

Share anything from tips about what time of year to hike the Canyon to what to put in your backpack. Share your feelings about your first time or your 50th time in the Canyon.

We want to know.

Oh, and have fun.
